Andrew Oliver lives on the North Shore and used to do In Surf News. He is a super nice dude. Last year he opened a coffee stand across the street from Off the Wall. It’s called Dawn Patrol. Andrew is posted up every morning and whips up some tasty coffees. Today he even hooked us up with two epic Dawn Patrol T-shirts. Starbucks has always been the hangout in the morning on the North Shore, but we vote that it moves to Andrew’s coffee stand cause he’s the man.
